Advance Humeral Nail Used For humeral shaft fractures down to approx. 5 cm proximal to the olecranon fossa with closed epiphyseal lines (AO/ASIF classification: A–C) for: – Stable or unstable fractures – Pathological fractures – Refractures, some fractures with delayed healing and pseudoarthroses Advance Humerus Nail can be inserted into the humeral shaft in both antegrade and retrograde directions. It can be used universally for either the left or right humerus.
