Lateral Posterior Distal Humerus Locked Plate (Left & Right)

Plate can be given for intra articular fractures, supracondylar fractures, non-union of distal humerus osteotomies of the distal humerus. Fractures are approached through a slightly curved posterior incision just medial to the olecranon.
