Our Production Staff ensures top quality and reliable products through a single step manufacturing process i.e from raw materials to finished products. The products are Designs and developed from the time tested and well established products which are already available in the markets using advanced CAD/CAM software. Further designs are developed and modified based on guidance & feedback from our valued Doctors. Design Strategies- Concept Creation, Brainstorming, Refinement of Design, Product Development, Verification & Validation, Creation & Support of Quality Systems, Generation of Necessary Quality & Regulatory Documentation.

DKSORTHO & Sharma Pharmaceutical Pvt. Ltd. current location holds more than 40 automatic machines (MADE IN USA/GERMANY/JAPAN) with modern technology and fully automatic such as CNC Swiss Turn, CNC, Vertical Machining Centre, Turn Mill, Mill Turn, 5 Axis Vertical Machining Center, Thread Milling, Thread Grinding, Depth Hole Drilling Machine. Water Jet Cutting Machine, Lazer Cutting Machine, 5 Axis Wire Cutting Machine, Robotic Polishing Machine, CNC Polishing Machine, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, Conventional Lathe & Milling Machines.

Each implant is Laser Marked & ultrasonically cleaned in a controlled environment which is directly connected to Packaging room that maintains class 10000 clean room controlled atmosphere. Product Bio-burden tests are conducted in in-house microbiology Lab to ascertain maximum safety.

Quality Inspection inspect trough Venire Calipers, Micro Meter, Height Gauge, Profile Projector, Coordinate Measurement Machine which ensure the pinnacle quality and consistent products through a single step of manufacturing. Dksortho's Manufacturing site almost renovated as per the New Medical Device rule 2017 which will applicable from January 2018. The new facility will spans across 82,000 sq. feet area besides the existing one. The developing facility is planned to be made functional in accordance with the International norms and shall be a state of the art facility in entire Asia.
